Whole-person virtual care provider Teladoc Health today announced a first-of-its-kind Amazon Alexa experience with the launch of voice-activated virtual GP on supported Echo devices.
US customers can now connect to a Teladoc provider 24/7 from supported Echo devices for general medical use.

To get started, customers can say "Alexa, I want to talk to a doctor" to their supported Echo device to be connected to the Teladoc call center. Customers then receive a reminder on their Echo devices from a Teladoc physician for virtual visits related to non-emergency healthcare needs, such as: B. Having cold, flu or allergy symptoms. The cost per visit can be as low as $0 per visit with insurance or $75 without insurance.
